Villa Anne spreads over 150 square meters. It consists of ground floor, first floor and attic.
Ground floor
The ground floor is decorated in rustic style, consisting of MPV room with a modern kitchen, living room with fireplace and sitting area, and dining area and bathroom with a shower.
Ground floor terrace
On the ground floor there is a place for outdoor dining, and if you want to make a grill or bake something, you will find a unique fireplace in the outer part of the house.

Villa Anne has 4 bedrooms with 6 beds and 3 bathrooms and is suitable accommodation for up to 6 persons.
First floor
On the first floor there are three bedrooms with accommodation for 2 people, and two modern bathrooms with flat shower. All three rooms are furnished with comfortable double beds of high quality, Croatian reputable manufacturers.
Top floor
On the top floor is located a spacious room with two twin beds and sitting area, which has a large terrace of 25 square meters with a spectacular view of the beautiful blueness of the Kvarner Bay and nearby islands.
Top floor terrace
The terrace is equipped with lounge seatings and sun loungers, which make this terrace a favorite hangout during the day, in the morning for the morning coffee, day sun, and in the evening to enjoy under the stars.

Villa Anne is air-conditioned with top air conditioning equipment, while for the warm and pleasant atmosphere during winter days an open fireplace is available in the living room along with handmade rustic wood stove. The villa has satellite TV, WI-FI internet access, a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator with freezer, kettle, hood, coffee maker. Guests can use a hair dryer, a cot and feeder are available upon request.
